Our Goals

As our community and membership grows, so do our goals. We are working to make progress on the following:
Education and History: to assemble/ develop a collection of histories on private houses and properties, and to provide education and information to residents and visitors.
District Identity and Beautification: to create a distinctive gateway at the main entrance of our "neighborhood" at North St. and Linwood, and to enhance / standardize the streetscape.
Promotion of Linwood as a Community: to develop a sense of community, to increase membership, and to develop an emergency protocol.
Fundraising: to develop fundraising activities to support Association goals and projects.
